You are responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the repair facility and repair operations in accordance with Procors standards, the AAR, Transport Canada, and DOT regulations. Also, you will lead a team of dedicated and skilled professionals allocated to several shifts.**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES:*** Ensuring employees work safely and that Responsible Care Ethics and processes are in place* Profit and loss of the shop* Working and communicating with key customers* Growth and productivity of the shop operation* Customer based scheduling* Reduction of Out of Service time* Staffing, training and labour relations* 80/20 techniques and quality improvements of the shop* Materials Management in accordance with company targets for inventory turns* Other related responsibilities as assigned.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.Wherever you're at in your career, our people and resources will help you go further.
