Overview Join to apply for the Sales Supervisor, AX Metrotown role at Giorgio Armani . As a leader within Giorgio Armani Canada Corporation, you will be part of a Diverse leadership and sales team , who you will inspire and motivate each day. You will assist in aligning the entire team on driving sales , providing an excellent client experience , building strong talent and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit , passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills to manage the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience. Responsibilities Lead on the sales floor to drive excellence in client experiences and ensure associates receive in-the-moment coaching. Provide input on client relationship strategies and help shape and execute store strategies to build trusting relationships with clients and associates to drive revenue. Ensure appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team and lead by example with integrity, collaboration, curiosity, strategic thinking, and adaptability. Drive sales personally and through the team as a member of the management team.
