Join to apply for the Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist role at CBI Health . We currently have 2 open positions for this role. The hybrid role requires being in the office 2x a week to meet with clients. The Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist, reporting to the Vocational Team Lead, is responsible for delivering vocational services effectively and efficiently, ensuring best practices and adherence to policies. Main Responsibilities Conduct employment planning, job search workshops, resume and cover letter writing, and labor market research. Identify suitable job options and develop return-to-work plans. Market clients to employers, provide job placement support, and coach on employment skills. Manage caseloads efficiently, utilizing a client-centered approach to develop employment plans. Build employer contacts, foster relationships, and support job placements. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ensure timely reporting. Job Requirements Required qualifications include a university degree in relevant fields, experience in vocational rehabilitation or related areas, and a valid drivers license. Professional designations such as RRP, CCRC, or CVRP are assets. Experience with vocational assessments and knowledge of local labor markets are also preferred.
