The Costings Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining products in the reservations system (TTS), including hotels, flights, excursions and other miscellaneous products. The position reports to the Costings Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.What Youll Do: Create and amend ITC Packages and FIT Products in reservations system based on detailed supplier contract, schedules and margin criteria. Ensure rates in TTS are accurate and displayed effectively through all automated distribution channels. Analyze costing components and selling prices for accuracy, adjusting where required. Coordinate comprehensive promotions in the system for ease of booking. Test department functions in line with system upgrades. Provide inter-department support with specific reservation system procedures. Other duties as assigned.
