Role Qualifications Post-secondary diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of billing, accounting, or administrative experience; service industry experience preferred. Familiarity with contract billing and revenue recognition is an asset. High level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams. Problem-solving and analytical mindset to resolve discrepancies. Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence. Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP or financial software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent preferred). Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable. Strong numerical accuracy, data entry speed, and attention to detail.
