The IFRS Foundation is launching a new program to enable, encourage, and promote high-quality preparer training for the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards. The program prioritizes scalability and multilingual training, ensuring accessibility across various jurisdictions. Job Summary: As a Product Manager, you will oversee the launching and initial phase of this new IFRS training program. This role is pivotal in establishing and managing new processes and systems during the critical first 9-12 months, which will see the highest influx of training organizations and trainings delivered. Principal Accountabilities Lead the successful launch of the program, ensuring all systems and processes are in place to handle the initial high volume of training organization onboarding. Manage the onboarding process for the initial influx of training organizations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Design, implement, and optimize new processes and systems to support program operations and customer management. Act as the primary contact for training organizations, providing updates on content or training changes, facilitating feedback for the Education team, and answering all logistics and commercial questions. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and performance metrics to support future program iterations and transitions. Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to market the program to potential customers. Liaise with the ISSB Education Team on the development and maintenance of all training content. Develop and execute a transition plan to integrate the program into the earned revenue team, identifying roles and responsibilities for ongoing management.
