Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include maintaining presses, rolling mills, moulding machines, and other production equipment; performing repairs and lubrication; dismantling and moving machinery; assembling and installing equipment; welding and fabricating; operating tool room equipment; working overtime as needed; maintaining organization and cleanliness; communicating issues to supervisors; and demonstrating good communication and basic mathematical skills. Qualifications Millwright certificate Certificate from college or technical school, or five years related experience, or equivalent Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical processes Problem-solving skills for mechanical/maintenance issues Ability to interpret instructions in various formats Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs Desirable Additional Qualifications Overhead crane license Forklift license Tier 1 automotive manufacturing experience Work Environment & Culture At Magna, we value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
