Technical Sales Representative - High Pressure Compressors & Gas Generators Your role As our newest Technical Sales Representative specializing in High Pressure Gas Compressors and N2 & O2 gas generators, you will play a key role in driving our business growth across various industrial applications. Your positions focus will be identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships and providing technical expertise on our products and services in the designated territory. This position reports to the Business Development Manager-High Pressure and Gas Generators. This position is based in Calgary, and is permanent, full-time at 35 hours per week. Main responsibilities include: Maximizing the sales of all available High Pressure and Gas Generation products to our current and new customers through consistent sale prospecting activities in Western Canada Ensuring that related sales targets are met in terms of unit sales and revenue generation while giving due attention to highest price realization Increasing market share in yourassigned territory through an efficient sales process and increased market coverage Optimizing travel and client visit schedules to ensure efficient time management and maximum coverage Ensuring timely, effective and professional follow-up of customers and prospects and coordination with distributors operating within yourassigned territory Gathering information about the market potential, competitors activities, new applications and constantly reporting these to the immediate manager Ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of products by attending product trainings and utilizing available internal resources Ensuring all calls, visits, quotesand other required prospectingdetails are recorded in the internal CRM platform on a frequent basis Comply with the organizations environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards. All other related tasks and projects To succeed, you will need Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field is preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), or equivalent technical experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hydrogen, carbon capture, biogas industry and gas generation industry. Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. French would be considered a strong asset Proven drive, willingness to learn and autonomy Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and trade shows within Western Canada Valid driver's license.
