Job Description

Support the day-to-day accounting operations and general bookkeeping activities. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank and intercompany reconciliations. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions. Respond to inquiries from AR and AP teams, providing information and documentation as required. Manage corporate credit card transactions, including coding, payment processing, and reconciliations. Process employee expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and proper account coding. Prepare and analyze financial data to support reporting and decision-making processes. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and general ledger journal entries. Generate and issue customer invoices monthly. Support the preparation and submission of statutory and government filings. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Provide documentation and support for interim and annual audit requirements. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects within the Finance department. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Finance teams objectives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
