Total Loss & Compliance Assistant Manager -FR Join to apply for the Total Loss & Compliance Assistant Manager -FR role at Walmart Canada The successful candidate will support the store manager and manage store activities according to company directives and lead associates to ensure friendly, helpful, and profitable sales for the store. The key responsibilities of this role include: Generate profitable sales by achieving sales and profit goals, managing the budget, and making sales forecasts. Analyze sales and financial reports, economic trends, and community needs to identify and respond to market changes while reducing expenses. Create operational plans, prioritize, delegate, and provide clear direction to managers and associates. Ensure optimal store conditions by effectively presenting merchandise, maintaining accurate and competitive pricing, and establishing store standards that conform to company guidelines. Execute and monitor asset protection and security controls, maintain quality assurance standards, and supervise safety and operational reviews to ensure compliance with company directives and procedures. Act as an ambassador for the store, welcoming customers, gathering feedback, and responding to their needs and concerns to create a positive shopping experience. Support store initiatives to serve the community by participating in community events and developing relationships with key community groups. Lead associates by conducting regular store meetings, communicating operational directives and initiatives, and stimulating engagement, recognizing achievements, and offering growth opportunities. Demonstrate company values by holding managers and associates accountable, providing timely, accurate, and respectful feedback, and taking corrective actions as necessary.
