In this role, you will help Fever grow its pipeline of original events. You will interact with all departments of Fever, from Marketing to Operations. The team is motivated, young, and fun, with multicultural backgrounds and profiles from McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros. About the Role We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented Producer to join the Fever Originals team. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences involving the construction of permanent or semi-permanent spaces, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role spans technical production, creative development, budgeting, process management, and leadership, requiring adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to balance speed and quality. You will serve as the main production point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, partners, and external vendors, while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences. Responsibilities Technical Production: Interpret and validate CAD drawings, including lighting, sound, and power plans; validate site requirements with technical/creative leads; conduct and analyze site visits; apply cross-department technical knowledge (F&B, lighting, audio, stage, video); oversee permitting from site assembly through building permits to F&B with hands-on venue preparation experience. Design & Pre-Production: Coordinate design reviews with creative and technical teams; ensure concepts align with client vision, technical feasibility, and financial targets. Process & Administration: Create and maintain production bibles, handovers, and documentation; develop and track production schedules, Gantt charts, and milestones. Budgeting: Build and maintain production budgets through feasibility, sign-off, and operational stages; monitor local spends and identify optimization opportunities; manage invoices and close event P&Ls; negotiate and execute vendor, staffing, and MSA contracts. Management & Leadership: Lead meetings, capture outcomes, and present to senior stakeholders; translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable business decisions. Qualifications & Skills Industry Experience: 5+ years in live event or entertainment production (theatrical, concerts, touring, experiential); proven track record delivering complex productions with high budgets and multiple stakeholders; strong knowledge of technical production, logistics, and permitting; experience negotiating contracts and managing large vendor networks. Skills & Competencies: Fluency in French and English; excellent organizational and scheduling skills (including Gantt/project management tools); strong communication and leadership abilities; desire to grow within Production and eventually manage others; strong academic background is a plus. Mindset & Approach: Innovative, solution-focused, collaborative, hands-on, and willing to dive into all aspects of event delivery; able to balance technical feasibility, vision, and financial targets. Location & Requirements This position is based in Montreal and requires a minimum of three in-office days per week.
