Responsibilities Technical & Project Coordination: Support our Landscape Architecture & Urban Design team on public space projects, urban design, and land development. Contribute to a wide range of project assignments through all phases, including master planning, 2D and 3D visualizations, conceptual design, public consultation, detailed design, and construction administration. Assist in producing high-quality graphics and presentation materials to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Support proposal preparation and report writing. Travel to other Dillon offices may be required. Learning & Development: Commit to self-development and ongoing learning to stay current with industry best practices and innovations in technology. Contribute to Dillon's corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees. Qualifications 1-3 years experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D workflows (Rhino, SketchUp, Lumion); knowledge of LandFX is an asset. Extensive knowledge in plant identification and selection is an asset. Graduate of a recognized Landscape Architecture program from an accredited university or college. Membership or candidacy with the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects (OALA) is required. Valid G-class drivers license. Experience: AutoCAD proficiency, hand graphics and strong communication skills are essential. Ability to collaborate with staff, city/government agencies, and other consultants; ability to balance multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency. Project types include public parks and plazas, streetscapes, waterfront development, climate change adaptation, sustainable development, and more.
