As a Team Leader at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, you will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting our care team who are passionate about delivering high quality care. About Ashlynn Grange Care Home: Ashlynn Grange is an exceptional 153-bed care home in Peterborough, known for its beautiful gardens and a variety of vegetables. The level of care at Ashlynn Grange is exceptional, and staff keep residents entertained with a full programme of activities and live performances on our outdoor stage. Our newly refurbished caf serves a variety of fresh tea, coffee and cakes daily. About the role: As a Team Leader, youll play a key part in care delivery in the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas. Development from this role can lead to CHAPS or nursing positions, with fully funded apprenticeships available to help you achieve an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Salary: 12.24 per hour. Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday. Home Location: Bretton Gate, Peterborough, PE3 9UZ. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the care team whilst on duty. Motivate and inspire the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes in care. Manage supervision, appraisal and performance management of the care team. Carry out enhanced clinical care duties; including clinical observations and monitoring of vital signs. Training, Skills & Experience Required: A passion for care; a genuinely caring individual who puts the needs of residents first. Experience in a similar senior care position. Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Proven track record in leading, empowering, supporting & motivating a team. What we can offer: Comprehensive induction.
