We have an opportunity to establish relationships and secure contracts for our robust logistics operations through direct and indirect sales methods. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized sales professional to join the Project Logistics team at CEVA Logistics. This role plays a pivotal part in the success of project execution, overseeing daily operations of export and import activities across sea, air, and road freight forwarding. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the Projects logistics industry and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Prospect for potential customers using direct methods (calling, face-to-face meetings) and indirect methods (networking). Provide forecasts on best-case and most likely sales volumes; give sales presentations, submit opportunities, and report activity and results to leadership. Develop and maintain knowledge of the companys products, services and operations; interact with station and operations managers to ensure the customers needs are met. Schedule and conduct a predetermined number of face-to-face sales calls; input sales call information into the sales data system and provide reports as directed. Maintain target accounts and progress toward closing; meet or exceed sales quota defined by the company. Work cooperatively with other sales and operational staff to support a team-selling environment. Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts; drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sales; build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet targets. Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum five years related experience in sales; Outside B2B sales experience with a history of sales achievements in a base plus commission environment, including closing sales at the executive level. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), internet, web-based and job-specific software; ability to generate complex, error-free charts, graphs, spreadsheets and presentations. Characteristics: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; strong sense of urgency and follow-up. Persuasive, with proven negotiation, problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to sales and service issues. Positive, competitive, confident sales approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
