Responsibilities Provide overall construction management, including design, budget and schedule, in conjunction with the Project Manager, Owners, Facility Maintenance Team, Engineers and Architects to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget for multiple projects, across various sites, in existing operational facilities. Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the teams ongoing progression. Direct and grow a team to execute self performed work across various sites. Grow the EDFS business beyond our existing facilities by leveraging experience of construction management in existing facilities. Mentor project team members to ensure career growth and development. Advise senior management and facility maintenance operators of potential problems, work interferences and schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving conflicts. Be jointly responsible to monitor, interpret and forecast a projects cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow. Qualifications You have a construction related degree and 6 or more years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience (Design Build, P3, Residential, Commercial, Institutional or Healthcare). You have an advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings. You have the ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes, produce workable solutions and lead a large team to successful completion. You have the ability to manage trade relationships and ensure schedule is on track for project success.
