Teaching duties include lecture preparation and delivery, curriculum development, development of online materials/lectures, and a demonstrated commitment to pedagogical inquiry and teaching-related scholarly activities. The appointment will include teaching responsibilities in areas such as Human Biology and Biomedical Anthropology, with emphasis on contemporary human variation, zoonotic diseases, growth and development, adaptation, disease distribution, public health, population biology, and bioinformatics. The successful candidate should be prepared to contribute to department strengths and to teach across a range of courses. Evidence of teaching excellence may be demonstrated through the teaching dossier (including required materials listed below), teaching accomplishments, awards, conference presentations, letters of reference, student mentorship, workshops or seminars, and other related activities. Qualifications Candidates must have earned a PhD in Anthropology or a closely related discipline by appointment time or shortly thereafter, with a proven record of teaching excellence. Candidates should have teaching experience in a degree-granting program, including lecture preparation and delivery, curriculum development, and online material creation. A demonstrated commitment to pedagogical inquiry and teaching-related scholarly activities is required.
