Responsibilities Act as Floor Supervisor to ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running effectively. Be part of the store leadership team and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales goals. Open and close routines, maintain product knowledge and brand awareness, understand business needs, and demonstrate proactive thinking and attention to detail. Operate the register/Point of Sale, protect assets, maintain visual displays, and utilize system skills to support daily operations. Manage work schedule requirements and ensure coverage during peak periods. Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays; hours may increase during peak timeframes to support the business. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred. Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience is required.
