Overview We are working with a leading national distributor to find an experienced Distribution & Transportation Supervisor to oversee warehouse and transportation operations in Calgary. This role will focus on supervising staff, ensuring safe and efficient workflows, and maintaining exceptional service standards. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse and transportation teams. Oversee daily operations including order fulfillment, receiving, loading, routing, and delivery. Promote and enforce safety, compliance, and operational best practices. Drive process improvements to meet productivity, efficiency, and budget goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications 5+ years of supervisory experience in distribution, operations, or transportation. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, WMS, routing, and transportation regulations. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a unionized work environment is an asset. Ability to work an early morning shift and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
