Key Purpose The Facilities Manager is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and ensuring delivery of quality services while achieving set goals for revenue and profitability through effective management and coordination of teams, equipment, vendors, and facility resources. Success Criteria Delivery on contract promises, increased effectiveness and/or efficiency of delivered services through deployment of ISS standards and concepts leveraging innovation and best practice opportunities Successful delivery of prioritized projects and programs Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand upcoming priorities and align project delivery with business needs Deploy relevant projects following global/local standards with full ownership of rollout and completion Develop personal skill base in line with agreed appraisal, taking responsibility for increased performance Participate in and embrace development opportunities Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence Communicate effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company; participate in project groups and meetings as required Account Organization Risk Management and Compliance Customer Organization Local Excellence Functions External Partners and Suppliers Account dedicated People & Culture, HSE, and Finance Promote the ISS model within the ISS community Transfer best practice Use the account to promote and further develop ISS Ideal Candidate Experience 5+ years of facilities management experience, ideally in a supervisory role Bachelors degree in Facility Management or related field preferred Strong supervisory background desirable but not required, with good customer service experience Strong computer proficiency with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint Excellent time management; able to work independently; bilingual is a plus A valid drivers license may be required (depending on account) Key Accountabilities Ensure delivery on contract promises Identify and leverage opportunities for improvement and best practice across the account Own innovation at account, including deploying resources in Corporate Garage activities PMO responsibility ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality of prioritized projects Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to identify and roll out project support Engage in a network of Account Excellence Managers for best practice sharing Ensure compliance procedures are followed through periodic internal reviews Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction through service excellence Additional duties may be assigned as needed Physical Demands & Work Environment Long working hours Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time Walking/Inspecting the site 50% of the time Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines during peak periods HSEQ Compliance All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. The annual salary range for this position is CAD 90,000.00 to CAD 105,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
