Overview Join to apply for the (CAN) Relief Pharmacist role at Walmart Canada . The Relief Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager and the Staff Pharmacist in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations. What You'll Do Ensure excellent patient experience, counsel patients on sold pharmaceutical products, and ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely using the established workflow models. Accept prescriptions and/or refill requests from customers, doctors, or hospitals. Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products. Execute processes as per OBWs/SOPs. Operate pharmacy equipment (register, computer system, etc.). Protect and maintain patient privacy at all times and follow provincial regulations established by the regulatory body. Ensure patients receive all eligible services they are entitled to (medication reviews, injections, etc.) to meet specific patient needs. Travel to various locations and follow the schedules set by the Relief program coordinator. Develop and establish collaborative relationships with other health care providers within the store (clinics, Vision Centre, their community, etc.). Compensation Pay range shown: $53-$55/hour (rate determined based on relevant experience). Sign-on bonus may be offered. The pay range for this position is $41.60 - $55.90/hour.
