Overview Join to apply for the Project Delivery Manager role at Allnorth Americas . Allnorth is a multi-disciplinary engineering, project delivery, and construction services company serving clients in the metals and minerals, energy and renewables, fiber and chemicals, and infrastructure sectors. With offices across Canada, the US, and Mexico, the team continues to grow. Location: Vancouver, BC Responsibilities Plan and forecast project resource needs. Lead strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control for the PDG. Communicate with leadership and support strategic initiatives. Mentor and guide team members, resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration. Work closely with HR and project leaders on talent development, performance management, and ensuring the right skills are in place to deliver successful projects. Monitor KPIs and optimize divisional performance. Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, reporting, and change management processes. Support project recovery planning when required. Qualifications Diploma of Technology or a B.Eng is an asset. 10+ years of progressive responsibility in project, or construction management. Proven leadership in engineering and project delivery with a strong track record of success. Ability to inspire, delegate effectively, and develop people while aligning with Allnorths leadership principles. Strong judgment and decision-making skills with a focus on effective, economic solutions. Experience on mining projects is an asset. Willingness to travel frequently (50%+). Whats in it for you?
