Your Role As a trainer in our Education and Training department, you will: Lead and Inspire: Conduct training sessions for customers and prospective customers, both online and in-person. Craft Impactful Content: Assist in developing and presenting educational materials, including presentations, handouts, and other educational supports. Engage with the Community: Represent Starkey at local, provincial, and national meetings, conventions, and seminars. Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service teams to create and disseminate product knowledge. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Participate in clinical activities to remain current in clinical skills. What Were Looking For Education: Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist is required. Experience: Background in hearing aid dispensing or experience in a hearing aid manufacturing environment is desirable. This role requires ability to travel 75% of the time. Location: Preference for an individual in Calgary or Lower Mainland in proximity to a major airport Skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledgeable in Adult Learning methods and philosophies Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
