You approve timesheets, manage schedules, and follow up on cases of absenteeism. Recruitment Notification of a new applicant? You quickly contact each of the potential candidates and make a telephone pre-selection. For all the positions you have posted, you meet the candidates to evaluate their profile and assign them to the right job.
