In this role, youll be the link between our customers, sales team, and operations ensuring a smooth order processing, accurate logistics, and top-notch customer support. Job Types: Full Time Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: Starting $23/hr. Varies based on experience Schedule: Monday Friday: 8:00-4:30 What Youll Do Be a customer-facing representative, motivated to grow the business by delivering exceptional service every day. Coordinate sales orders from start to finish ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and timely follow-up. Support the Sales Team with costing, order processing, documentation, and maintaining up-to-date sales tracking and reports. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues quickly and effectively. Proactively communicate with customers, providing updates and answering inquiries with professionalism. Troubleshoot challenges, provide solutions, and ensure customers are informed and satisfied. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the teams success. What Were Looking For: Experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer service within a manufacturing, production, packaging or construction background. Strong organizational and multitasking skills able to manage multiple priorities at once Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software systems Team-oriented, adaptable, and detail-driven Positive, professional attitude and commitment to outstanding service Work Location: In person Southeast Calgary, AB Why Join Us?
