We are hiring a full-time Senior Manager to join the CRC National Management team. The CRC Senior Manager will assist the audit business units and the CRC Champions network D&A Center monthly reporting and budget modelling to manage CRC objectives and related KPIs. A primary role is to provide direct support and guidance to both offshore and onshore teams so that Canadian audit engagement teams can effectively leverage the CRC D&A Center of Excellence on their audits. What You Will Do Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of the CRC D&A Center of Excellence in collaboration with the CRC national management team and CDST team; provide direct support to audit engagement teams to leverage the CRC D&A Center of Excellence on engagements; oversee quality improvement within the QMCI team in India and implement solutions to ensure high audit quality and deliverables; prepare training materials, how-to guides, newsletters, and guidance documents for the internal CRC portal; leverage firm processes to support the business. Data & Analytics Identify potential new services, offerings, and tools; perform annual budgeting, forecasting and hours/FTE modelling using data analytics programs; participate in business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposals; collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure licensing and access control; review and approve requests for access to standard software and tools (e.g., Visio Pro, Alteryx, PowerBI). Other Act as a performance manager to junior team members; willingness to travel internationally and obtain required visas/work permits for India; may create, interpret and apply policies, practices, laws and regulations; align work hours to ensure overlap with offshore management for smooth oversight. What You Bring To The Role Canadian CPA designation or international equivalent. 8+ years of experience in a public practice accounting firm, with at least 5 years in a management role. Senior manager or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience with KPMG Canada. Minimum 5 years of auditing and team management experience. Diploma or bachelors in computer science, Database Management or Programming (or equivalent experience). Proficiency with databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) is an asset. Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Power Query, Python, R, Alteryx, PowerApps/Power Automate). Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities; ability to work independently and take ownership; willingness to innovate and improve processes. Fluency in English (written and spoken); bilingual French and English is an asset. Experience with Audit Foundations courses or similar is an asset. Comfortable working in virtual and in-person environments; advanced MS Office and Adobe Skills. Additional Information This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will support KPMG employees nationally and communicate with English-speaking colleagues. The candidate may be required to create documentation and share guidance in English-speaking provinces. KPMG BC Region pay range information is provided below. Pay Range and Benefits The expected base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
