Your Impact: As a Human Resources Business Partner , you will contribute directly to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives. Your expertise in human resources and your ability to foster a positive work environment will help improve employee engagement, strengthen leadership within the management team, and optimize organizational performance. What Youll Be Doing: Advise and assist managers in interpreting and administering policies and collective agreement. Participate in resolving labor relations issues in partnership with managers, employees, and union. Manage disciplinary and complaint cases by providing advice, conducting investigations, and drafting appropriate measures. Participate in the development of programs aimed at developing employees and managers. Ensure the efficient implementation and coordination of HR processes and practices. Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at strengthening the corporate culture. Organize engagement activities aimed at strengthening commitment and promoting our strategic initiatives. Manage occupational health and safety and disability files, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating the integration and follow-up process for affected employees. Collaborate with the human resources team on any other tasks or projects that help the human resources team achieve its objectives. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in industrial relations/human resources. 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment. Very good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel. Willingness to work different shifts (as needed). Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
