Job Summary The Senior Manager of Pharmacy Programs oversees pharmacy operations across McKesson Specialty Pharmacies, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. Leads teams delivering solutions for operational excellence, working closely with stakeholders to enhance healthcare provider and patient experiences. Responsibilities Develop strategies to improve pharmacy programs and efficiency. Manage program redesign, documentation, and audits. Handle project setup, including CRM configuration and reporting. Create and update work instructions and reference tools. Manage the copay assistance team and financial reconciliations. Monitor retention and develop improvement interventions. Collaborate to resolve billing issues and ensure reimbursement. Ensure pharmacovigilance training compliance. Maintain regulatory compliance. Participate in business reviews and address client requests. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years managing pharmacy programs, preferably in specialty pharmacy. Key Competencies Leadership and team motivation skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
