As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. THE ROLES Support roles: Assist the Service Counter and Atelier teams to enable efficient and elevated experiences, curate merchandise, and support a seamless retail environment. Style Advisor Sell clothes and build client confidence through styling expertise. Create meaningful, memorable experiences. Build personalized connections to enhance loyalty. Service Advisor Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate service areas. Prepare products and process transactions efficiently and accurately. Package products for an elevated experience. Support operations at the Service Counter. Inventory Associate Process shipments accurately. Manage product placement and display standards. Support cross-channel shopping experiences. Merchandiser Handle shipments and product placement on the sales floor. Translate product stories and validate display standards. Support seamless operations across all retail aspects. THE QUALIFICATIONS Fashionable with a sense of individual style. Willingness to learn and embody Aritzia's values and leadership principles. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Commitment to quality and adding value to the business. THE COMPENSATION The typical range is $20-$30 CAD per hour, with growth and recognition opportunities through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
