Brand / Sales Manager - Mens and Womens branded apparel Our fashion client is looking for an experienced Brand / Sales Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the President of the company and the COO, this person will be responsible to lead and manage all sales and business development efforts for an assortment of branded womens and mens apparel, throughout Canada and the US. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate sales and customer service activities among team members Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement, and implement necessary changes Track results and trends for business forecasting; monitor competitors performance Report on team and individual performance Develop and execute innovative sales strategies Build and form new partnerships with potential clients Participate in sales presentations to major retailers, travel to see customers, and participate in trade shows and other sales-based events Requirements Minimum 7-10 years of experience selling apparel brands to major retailers, specialty chains and independent stores across North America Established working relationships with mass and mid-level retailers Excellent presentation skills; fluent bilingual abilities Experience arranging, setting up and participating in trade shows Strong negotiation skills and ability to evaluate and monitor sales Strong team leader with previous experience managing a small team Fluently bilingual and good computer skills Job details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Manufacturing Industries: Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Proforce Personnel.
