The Role Core Software System Engineering Team is seeking a highly qualified senior staff engineer with deep expertise in graphics driver architecture and development, as well as proficiency in developing and implementing test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills in C++, Python, and C, with a focus on performance optimization. Experience with code quality and compliance tools, such as static analysis and automated code review, is essential. The candidate should be able to leverage AI technologies to enhance productivity and have a solid understanding of game console validation and comparative analysis. A key responsibility will be to focus on automation and improving the strategy to modernize test automation processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary for evaluating test results and compliance metrics. Additionally, knowledge of software compliance regulations and data protection laws is required, as well as familiarity with standards such as IEEE and ISO. Excellent communication skills are crucial for engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences is vital. The candidate should have experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and be familiar with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, while being capable of leading Agile teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of modern test automation strategies Drive performance optimization across graphics driver development Evaluate test results and ensure compliance with industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with development goals Manage and contribute to large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences Preferred Experience Deep expertise in graphics driver architecture and development Proven ability to build and scale test automation frameworks Experienced leveraging AI to enhance engineering productivity Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and C Familiarity with code quality tools (e.g., static analysis, automated code review) Understanding of game console validation and comparative analysis Knowledge of software compliance regulations and standards (e.g., IEEE, ISO) Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes Agile team leadership experience (Scrum, Kanban) Academic Credentials Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
