Responsibilities: Manage electrical BIM Revit 3D Modelers, ensuring technical quality and resource management. Involved in project setup, design, calculations, and implementation from proposal to construction. Lead complex Transportation BIM/Revit projects. Mentor team members, facilitate training, and promote professional development. Oversee project model setup, maintenance, and deliverable standards. Enforce modeling standards per ISO-19650, BEP, and LOD matrices. Collaborate with BIM Coordinators on design coordination and clash detection. Standardize annotation, templates, and SharePoint resources. Lead asset management and QA/QC processes. Build and manage multidisciplinary teams for large projects. Participate in proposals, technical leadership, and business development activities. Qualifications: 5+ years of BIM Revit 3D experience in various building projects, including transportation sectors. Technician or Technologist degree in engineering or architecture; a B.Sc. is a plus. Experience managing technical staff and familiarity with project delivery methods like DBB, DB, P3, etc. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in building projects. Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills. Experience with major transportation clients and projects.
