You Will Welcome, advise, and serve guests, personalizing their experience. Sell and serve wines by the glass or bottle, and premium spirits in bars and restaurants. Contribute to the resorts economic and quality results. Manage inventory, replenishment, and conservation of wines and spirits for 600-1000 guests. Train resort staff in wine sales and service. Ensure quality of service, safety compliance, and respect for the resorts heritage. Develop additional sales and support financial goals of your department.
