Were looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to help bring Hyundais customer journey to life through smart, data-driven marketing automation. This role blends hands-on platform execution with strategic insight, helping us deliver personalized, relevant communications to Canadians at every stage of the ownership funnel. Role As CRM Campaign Manager, youll play a critical role in executing and optimizing CRM programs for Hyundai Canada using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Youll work closely with CRM strategists, creative teams, and data specialists to build dynamic journeys, automated campaigns, and responsive email programs that drive engagement, retention, and conversion. This role requires deep platform expertise, attention to detail, and a passion for performance-driven marketing. Automotive or lifecycle marketing experience is a strong asset. What your typical day will look like Campaign Execution & Automation Build and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio Manage the end-to-end campaign workflow: brief intake, build, QA, testing, deployment, and tracking Ensure flawless execution of always-on, seasonal, and product launch campaigns across multiple customer segments Create and manage dynamic audiences based on behavioral, transactional, and vehicle data Implement dynamic content and personalization strategies using AMPscript and SFMC data extensions Collaborate with analytics teams to refine targeting and improve performance Performance Optimization Monitor campaign KPIs including open rates, CTR, conversions, and opt-out rates Partner with CRM strategy to A/B test messaging, timing, audience logic, and creative Make data-driven recommendations to continuously improve lifecycle journeys and trigger-based campaigns Platform & Data Integrity Ensure campaign compliance with privacy regulations (CASL, GDPR) and Hyundai brand standards Partner with client data teams to troubleshoot data sync issues and maintain platform health Document processes, naming conventions, and campaign logic for internal alignment Work closely with internal strategy, creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution Build reports and dashboards using SFMC reporting tools or Datorama Present findings and insights in a clear, actionable format to internal stakeholders and Hyundai clients What you bring 35+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing automation campaigns, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Proficient in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and audience segmentation tools Strong understanding of AMPscript, SQL, and dynamic content setup Data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail in QA and testing environments Experience working with large datasets, transactional systems, or customer lifecycle campaigns Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Automotive, agency, or performance marketing experience is a strong plus What youll love about working at INNOCEAN Canada People-first and Inclusive of all were proud to be recognized by Great Places to Work - four years in a row and counting overall, as well as for youth, inclusion, and as a Best Place to Work for Women.
