The successful candidate must be self-motivated, highly organized and capable of producing timely results, with minimal direction from senior personnel. Excellent communication skills and project budgeting skills are required. This is permanent full-time position. Qualifications: Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements: B.Sc. Degree in Environment & Business, Geography, Civil, Environmental or Water Resources Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution; At least two (2) years of post-graduation experience, which should include projects with the Canadian consulting industry and/or public sector agencies; Suitable experience with water resources, municipal infrastructure, subdivision and site plan projects using standard modelling tools and Civil 3D software; Assisted in the preparation of Storm Water Management (SWM) Reports in support of Secondary Plan, Draft Plan and Site Plan applications; Suitable knowledge of Ontarios review agency requirements (Federal, Provincial, Municipal, and Conservation Authority), including the Environmental Assessment process; and, Familiar with the land development and planning process in Ontario. Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Provide technical computer modelling expertise and capacity for analyzing landscape-level cumulative effects issues, including projects affected by climate change impacts; Apply state-of-the-art GIS-based decision support systems (including, in-house GIS-based decision support tools) for cumulative effects watershed projects; Assist with the preparation of Watershed Planning, Subwatershed Planning, Storm Water Management (SWM) Reports, Municipal Servicing and Functional Design Briefs and in support of our engineering design teams; Assist with site reconnaissance tasks, including scoped field surveys and data monitoring collection involving water and wastewater infrastructure systems, Low Impact Development (LID) performance and river basin / inland lake monitoring (water quality) investigations; Project Analyst Location: Collingwood, Ontario Description: One (1) Permanent / Full-time Position Closing Date: July 7, 2025 Page 3 of 4 Assist with the preparation of expressions of interest, proposals and final reports in support of project submissions; Assist with the completion of water resources design projects through to approval; Assist with completion of cost estimates, specifications, and contract administration for water resources, municipal infrastructure and land development projects; Assist with the coordination of sub-consultants for high-profile projects; and, Assist with project presentations, including Pubic Information Centres, Open Houses, Municipal Committees and Municipal Councils.
