Coordinate and supervise work teams (subcontractors, suppliers, unionized employees). Write technical specifications and participate in machine safety analyses. Use continuous improvement methods to optimize solutions. Organize calls for tenders for the purchase, installation or modernization of heavy equipment. Coordinate activities to bring industrial facilities and equipment into compliance. Prepare investment requests (Capex). Assess project risks and make decisions on their viability. Contribute to the development of indicators to monitor process stability. Design parts and tools using CAD software (Inventor, CREO). Collaborate with operators and maintenance personnel to carry out improvement projects. Participate in machine modifications to increase safety or efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or automated production with a mechanical or industrial engineering profile. Member of OIQ Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in the manufacturing field. Action and technical-oriented, global vision, leadership Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Be familiar with the mechanic of industrial installation. For example: Platform, Press, Lifting equipment. Fluency in French and English. Proficiency with Autocad & Inventor, CREO or other CAD software. Demonstrate leadership in the implementation of new improvement solutions. Ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills.
