Intent of the process From this process, applications may be considered for AS-06 or AS-05 based on assessment results. If qualified at AS-06, you may be placed in the AS-05 pool. This process establishes a pool of qualified candidates for similar positions with various tenures within PSPC (indeterminate, term, acting, assignment, or secondment). Positions to be filled Number to be determined. Information you must provide Essential qualifications Education for AS-05 and AS-06: Secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives. Experience for AS-05 and AS-06: Recent and significant experience in the management of a diverse Real Property portfolio in Canada (crown-owned, leased, or residential properties). Experience in administering and/or managing financial resources (budgets, expenses, revenues). Experience in managing third-party contracts. Recent and significant experience definition: managing Real Property portfolios of varying complexity within the last eight years (AS-05) and last five years (AS-06). Experience for AS-05 only Experience in developing reporting tools and procedures using Excel/Word/PowerPoint; coaching, mentoring and/or supervising staff. Experience for AS-06 only Experience in managing resources and/or teams, setting work objectives and evaluating performance; building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to assess risk and provide facility-related recommendations. Other qualifications Asset Qualifications: Knowledge of project management delivery methods; experience with financial management information systems (e.g., SIGMA, SAP, Oracle); knowledge of energy management and facility studies/assessments.
