Positions to be filled: 20 Information you must provide In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications) EDUCATION Graduation with a Physiotherapy degree from a recognized post-secondary institution. OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION Eligible for an unrestricted licence to practice as a physiotherapist in a province or territory of Canada. EXPERIENCE EX1. Experience as a physiotherapist in the management of an active adult outpatient population with mixed orthopaedic-sports medicine conditions. EX2. Experience in using objective measurement tools to assess impairments, disabilities or functional performance. EX3. Significant and recent experience managing a full adult outpatient orthopaedic or musculoskeletal caseload. *Significant experience is defined as experience associated with having performed a broad range of related activities which could normally be acquired over a period of approximately 2 years of full time work. **Recent is defined as within the last 5 years. ***Full adult caseload is defined as strictly direct patient care of 10-12 patients per day (or 6 clinical face-to-face hours per day), or a combination of direct and indirect patient care equalling 6 clinical hours per day. Sufficiency of experience may be determined by the Canadian Forces Health Services Group Credentialing Committee or Professional Technical Network. Experience working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary practice environment. AEX2. Experience in the management of complex rehabilitation cases such as minor traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, polytraumas (multiple fractures, amputations, head trauma, etc.). AEX3. Experience working with Canadian Armed Forces members or public safety personnel.
