Overview Associate Lawyer (Employment Law) - Chilliwack, British Columbia A well-established labour and employment law firm in the Fraser Valley is seeking a talented Associate Lawyer to join its growing team in Chilliwack. The firm is recognized for its depth of expertise, client-focused approach, and longstanding reputation as a trusted advisor to employers and employees throughout the region. This is a full-time opportunity for a lawyer with 3-5 years of employment law and civil litigation experience. The successful candidate will join a supportive, close-knit team and represent clients before the B.C. Supreme Court, Provincial Court, and the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal. The role is best suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Manage employment law and related civil litigation matters from intake through resolution Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, and draft correspondence and legal memoranda Appear before courts and administrative tribunals, including the B.C.
