We offer a positive, safe working environment and are looking for a full-time Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent, FULL-TIME position with the potential for career growth for a hard-working individual with a great attitude. Here is what you would be doing: Lead a crew in all things landscaping including grass cutting and garden maintenance. Lead by example and work WITH the team to ensure the job is complete. Maintain a daily routine schedule and adapt to changes last minute and when needed. Ensure you and the team members follow safety protocols. Ensure you and the team members complete tasks efficiently and correctly. Take care of the equipment and report any issues to your manager. Drive Truck and Trailer daily. Load and properly tie down equipment to be transported to the jobsite. Heavy lifting. Positive and Professional attitude with clients. Submit paperwork and documentation (electronically and/or manually) promptly at the end of each shift. Heres what you bring to the team: Minimum 2+ years of landscaping experience preferably in a leadership role. You have a great attitude you love what you do!
