As a Senior BI Developer, you will develop and optimize end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions, including building robust ETL workflows using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and AWS Glue to integrate and transform data. You will design and deliver impactful reports and dashboards with Power BI and SSRS, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and high performance across the BI ecosystem. Working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders in an Agile environment, you will support data-driven decision-making that drives business growth. What you will do: Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL workflows using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, and other relevant technologies to integrate, clean, and transform data from multiple sources. Write and optimize complex SQL queries and data models to ensure efficient and reliable data access. Create and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports with Power BI and SSRS that provide actionable insights. Develop automation scripts and custom components with C# to enhance BI tools capabilities and streamline processes. Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the ETL and reporting pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Work within Agile teams to continuously improve BI and ETL processes, delivering measurable business value. What you bring: Proven experience as a BI Developer with at least 5 years working extensively on ETL and reporting developments. Advanced skills in SSIS, T-SQL, AWS Glue, ADF, Power BI, SSRS, and C#. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with technical and business partners. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, CodeCommit) is a plus. A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field is required.
