Responsibilities will include: Preparing and filing foreclosure petitions and related notices of application and other Diarize proceedings, following up on service of materials and setting matters Managing files and ensuring compliance Corresponding directly with clients, opposing counsel and third parties Drafting communications, pleadings, and other legal documents Maintain and organizing files Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience as a paralegal, preferably in foreclosures and insolvency Strong understanding of foreclosure processes and legal terminology Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications and PDF software Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail The salary range for this position is $80,000 $100,000 and is dependent on experience, knowledge and skills.
