Position Information Department: Product & Strategy Location: Qubec (South) Status: Full Time Reports to: National Manager, Field Sales (YMFCA) Summary Of Responsibilities Working in an assigned territory (Eastern & Northern Ontario), the Business Relationship Managers (BRM) goal is to position Yamaha Financial Services as the preferred provider for Retail & Wholesale Finance, YMPP Extended Warranty & Yamaha branded Ancillary & creditor products. As a representative for the finance company, the BRM is responsible for executing the YFS profit first sales strategy a defined process where BRMs gain dealer support by building & presenting individual dealer profit forecasts based on defined volumes for each YFS product vertical. BRMs are the first point of contact for YFS and act as a key liaison for new dealer training on YFS systems & programs, along with providing transactional support to dealers. BRMs also support dealers in an effort to reach top tier status on the Yamaha Motor Canada Performance 360 program and work with other field teams in the development/execution of Regional Territory Sales plans. Key Duties & Responsibilities Promote the sales of YFS Retail, Wholesale & Protection product verticals and position YFS as the preferred Finance partner for Yamaha dealers. Build and nurture strong relationships with dealer principals, F&I teams & 3rd party outsourced F&I agents as applicable. Maintain a high degree of communication with Yamaha dealers and head office through call reports and direct communication. Work with partners in sales, other aftermarket product groups and Safeguard to lead the YMCA/YMFCA market development initiative, focusing on Finance & protection. Build and maintain a high market profile in the assigned market area with internal and external contacts. Ensure ongoing attention to relationships to maintain, improve, grow and retain the relationship. Serve as a primary source of information on competitive programs and risk appetite positioning. Ensure YMFCA relationship adds value to the dealership(s) while achieving regional goals and retail penetration objectives. Regularly achieve assigned targets for each YFS product vertical retail finance (prime, non-prime, standard, sub-vented), wholesale finance & Yamaha Motor protection plan products. Deliver excellent service to dealers by improving dealer satisfaction and resolution of issues. Maintain communication with Yamaha dealers and head office through call reports and direct communication. Participate in regional dealer presentations and consumer trade shows as required.
