Direct message the job poster from Planet Pharma Job Description: Commercial Operations Manager (Sales & Admin Support) Location: Vaughan, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid - Onsite 2 days/week) Reports To: General Manager, Canada Vacation: 1 month About the Role This is a hybrid sales and administrative support role, providing essential coordination and operational support to the sales and marketing teams. The Commercial Operations Manager plays a key role in driving the smooth execution of commercial activities, including office management, vendor relations, event planning, contract processing, and onboarding of new hires. This role requires a detail-oriented, resourceful individual with experience in sales administration or support within the biotech/pharma industry. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Toronto office, liaising with landlord and vendors Process letters of agreement and contracts related to grants, sponsorships, advisory boards, speaker programs, and consulting agreements; ensure compliant payments to healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organizations (HCOs), and vendors Support advisory board activities: track invitations, RSVPs, contracts, attendance proofs, payments, venue sourcing, logistics, meals, and communications with agencies Lead project management for team/sales meetings, product launches, and all-employee national meetings including budgeting, venue sourcing, attendee management, registration, AV coordination, keynote speakers, team-building, food and beverage, accommodation, travel, and collaboration on communications Coordinate HCP travel arrangements for business-related events (flights, ground transport, hotels) Onboard new vendors by collecting and verifying documentation and setting up vendor profiles in company systems Facilitate new employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration, culture introduction, training, and team introductions Develop and maintain trackers for purchase orders, contracts, sponsorships, and speaker programs to provide visibility on key information Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and sales team as needed Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a sales admin/support role within biotech/pharma Strong expertise in meeting planning and project management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities Resourceful and adaptable Strategic collaborator with strong interpersonal skills Passionate and eager to learn and grow in the role Ability to work onsite in Vaughan 2 days per week and travel as needed Interview Process Interview with General Manager and 3 other team members Interviews may be conducted onsite or virtually #J-18808-Ljbffr
