Overview We are looking for a positive team player who is professional and can manage confidential information with discretion. You will be responsible for monthly Client Invoicing and Vendor payments on a timely schedule. Coordinators are equipped with knowledge of billing procedures and great attention to detail, as well as show consistency and strong communication skills both written and oral. You will work with multiple departments both local and offshore to achieve accurate financial development. Responsibilities Liaison the monthly billing package for clients with the various departments Prepare monthly financial stewardship reporting including but not limited to the Budget Control Report Support and facilitate campaign reconciliation (e.g. discrepancies, RNO, reporting) Ad hoc work as required to ensure the success of the team Qualifications 12 years of experience in finance or finance affiliates; experience in the media industry is preferred but not required MS Office skills: Excellent Excel skills required; MediaOcean or SAP knowledge is an asset Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, multi-tasking, and execution skills A positive attitude, willingness to be flexible, desire to contribute to team objectives Detail-oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines, able to prioritize multiple tasks Additional information Starcom is an equal opportunity employer with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
