We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Product Manager to join the Versapay product management team. This role will be responsible for creating intelligence experiences on our platforms that serve our customers, their customers and Versapay employees. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating and launching products leveraging machine learning solutions that impact business customer experience at scale. Responsibilities include designing strategies for recommendation algorithms and applications that create value for its users. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how customers conduct invoice-to-cash journeys across the platforms. What Youll Do Iterate existing experiences, drive data-led experiments, and deliver brand-new products. Be curious, learn quickly, think creatively, and work collaboratively. Unify product strategy: set the vision and direction for the product; identify opportunities for cross-product collaboration and standardization; execute on agreed-upon strategies. Identify progressive product features leveraging AI/ML that provide differentiated value to Versapay network suppliers and buyers, driving efficiencies in accounts receivable. Own the Product Development Life Cycle: lead end-to-end development, including discovery and go-to-market. Be the expert on the product and customer: understand user needs and participate in market and design sessions to build a highly useful product. Partner across teams: align with designers, engineers, Marketing, Professional Services, Sales, and Success to define and develop the products value proposition. Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for payments products; design hypotheses and experiments to test and learn. Operate in a complex cross-functional environment, leading and influencing others to advance objectives. Drive progress from ideation to launch: gather requirements, write specifications and user stories, support go-to-market plans, and enable adoption and success. What Youll Bring To The Team 5-7+ years of product management experience, preferably with direct exposure to translating business strategy to AI/ML and generative AI products. Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and related technologies; familiarity with data science principles. Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks/tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Savvi AI, SageMaker). 4+ years working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Exhibits a fail-fast mindset with experimentation and research frameworks. Experience with Jira, SQL, and product analytics tools (Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude). Proven track record of launching and managing payments products at scale; built APIs and complex systems. Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguity; strong problem-solving orientation. Excellent communication skills to articulate AI and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to present to executive leadership. Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. What Will Make You Stand Out Experience with Invoice-to-Cash processes in a B2B setting, particularly AR billing, treasury, and banking services. Experience with Fintech or Payments; understanding of payment frameworks. Ability to connect to databases to inspect and modify data.
