Job Description Raise is currently hiring a Manager, Corporate Insurance team member on behalf of our client, a leading financial institution. Theyre expanding their team to meet growing needs. Responsibilities Provide Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on insurance for the review of third-party contracts, including leases for physical locations. Oversee Insurance Administration: Manage day-to-day insurance administration activities, including the forced placed foreclosed program and oversight of social event insurance requirements. Manage Claims: Serve as the primary contact for claims handling, including preliminary notifications and ensuring a smooth process. Coordinate Annual Renewal: Prepare the initial stages of the Annual Renewal Process and coordinate the renewal from start to finish, including developing renewal objectives, coordinating submissions, and reviewing amended policies. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Program Management: Experience managing the corporate insurance program in a financial services company or related industry Insurance Expertise: Knowledge of key commercial insurance lines (General Liability, Directors & Officers, Cyber Liability, Property & Casualty, Professional Liability) Communication: Ability to translate complex insurance concepts into clear insights for internal stakeholders Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks; professional certification in risk or insurance management is an asset Autonomy and Collaboration: Proactively manage responsibilities and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful policy and claims negotiations About Raise Raise is an established hiring firm with over 65 years of experience.
