The opportunity is to lead and support the successful deployment of Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dayforce modules and a strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of Dayforce HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Talent Management). Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Configure and test Dayforce modules to meet client specifications. Provide training and support to client teams during and after implementation. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and post-go-live phases. Document processes, configurations, and client-specific customizations. Requirements: Bachelors degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in implementing Dayforce HCM solutions. Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes. Experience with data migration, system integration, and testing. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Ideally, youll also have Ceridian Dayforce certification(s) preferred.
