Posting will close 11th of December 2024. This position is required to work in the Ponoka branch office. The branch is currently operating in a hybrid mode, with staff working on-site two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and three days remotely. Reporting to a Team Leader Lending, the Relationship Manager Lending is responsible to provide lending expertise coupled with basic knowledge of specific AFSC products and some acquired knowledge of the clients business/operations in providing such support. What will your growth opportunities look like in this role? Expand and develop your subject matter expertise in agricultural and commercial lending. Leadership and mentorship role within the Lending Team. Participation in in-house and outside developmental learning opportunities. What will you be responsible for? You will be responsible for the growth and management of a lending portfolio. Prepare and submit quality loan submissions supported by strong financial analysis and risk mitigation. Enhanced client interactions using in person and digital platforms. What are we looking for from you? An excellent communicator who works collaboratively with key partners within and outside of AFSC. Qualifications Minimum: Related Diploma and two (2) years related experience. Preferred: Related University Degree and two (2) years related experience. Candidates may be considered based on a combination of education and related experience.
