The Opportunity We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a customer-focused role, promoting industry-leading solutions and building strong, long-term relationships with businesses across Ontario. What Youll Do Manage and grow your sales territory by developing strong customer relationships. Identify and secure new business opportunities for batteries, chargers, and maintenance contracts. Provide technical advice and support on product selection, performance, and preventive care. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and after-sales support. Represent CellCare at customer sites, industry events, and training sessions. What Were Looking For 1+ years of sales experience in batteries, chargers, material handling equipment, or industrial power solutions. Strong customer focus with proven ability to build and maintain relationships. Technical aptitude able to learn and explain battery specifications and maintenance needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
