This critical role will be responsible for driving the evolution of the cloud-side software and user interfaces that provide configuration and settings information to the Falcon endpoint agent. Nearly every module of the Falcon platform offers customer-manageable configuration options, and changes to these options are distributed to the endpoint fleet within minutes. As a hands-on technical leader, you'll drive technical strategy and roadmap execution while maintaining world-class service quality and supporting the architectural direction laid out by the engineering team. You will work cross functionally with your peers in the engineering organization: engineering management, product management, program management, support, and others, to ensure your products success. Solid design and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated passion for engineering excellence, quality, security, and performance, coupled with a desire to ship elegant solutions to complex problems.
